Speaking today in the Assembly on brain cancer and a brave young woman named Rachael

Rachael is just twenty-three years old and the mother of a two-year-old child. Last year she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. She has already outlived her initial prognosis but continues to endure distressing and debilitating symptoms.
