Minister's Answer

The total cost incurred by my Department, in association with the bonfire located at Prince Andrew Way, Carrickfergus was £4,268.92 in 2024.

My Department’s records only go as far back as 2017 in accordance with the retention schedule, and no data is held for the year 2022. It should also be noted that there was no bonfire in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic. However, I can advise that over the last 8 years (inclusive of 2024) the costs associated with the Prince Andrew Way bonfire are £32,743.43.
